What is included in the paid software?
Both paid options include sales and estimating, project scheduling, daily reports, purchasing, invoicing and customer communication. Office and field teams work with the same project records, in English, German or French.

How much does Home Builder Software cost?
Home Builder Software managed cloud starts at $70 per month, excluding tax. The final monthly price is quoted for your company users and document storage. A self-hosted software license is available for a one-time payment quoted individually; there is no published fixed license price.
Is the free trial the full product?
No. The 14-day trial includes projects, scheduling, tasks and invoicing. Document storage, file uploads and AI are excluded. It requires no payment details and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. Both paid options include the full product.
Do customers with portal access count as paid users?
No. Customer portal accounts are free and unlimited. A company user is a colleague with their own login, such as an estimator, site manager or accountant. The cloud quote specifies the number of company users it covers.
Does a one-time license include hosting and support?
The one-time payment covers the software license. Your organization operates its infrastructure, storage and backups. Support and update terms are agreed separately, and requested custom development is specified and quoted separately.
Can we move between cloud and self-hosting?
Yes, through a planned migration. Database records can be exported, but the database archive does not include stored document files. File transfer, infrastructure, downtime, recovery and ongoing support need an agreed handover plan.
