Procurement and subcontractor management features

Procurement ties every commitment to a project and an approval. Buyers keep the subcontractor list with trades and contacts, award packages against the budget line they belong to, and raise purchase orders that carry a value, a delivery date and the person who approved them. Because awards and orders sit in the project file, the difference between what was budgeted, what was committed and what has been invoiced stays visible while the work runs.
