Documentation for administration and settings
Administration documentation is read once during setup and again whenever something is refused. It covers users and roles, the permission each action requires, company settings and number ranges, project and document templates, custom fields, and what the activity history stores. Settings expose three tool-permission modes for the assistant. Reading this section before the first project is created saves the renaming that a wrong cost group structure causes later.
